This year is an exceptionally exciting year as we will be celebrating our 100 years in the Perth community and have a number of key events which will include the attendance of the Honorable Colin J Barnett, Premier of Western Australia. We offer a unique proposal for you to promote your business to Perth’s LGBTI community as well as a large portion of the local community who use the facilities.
The club’s two hard courts, six grass courts and clubhouse are regularly used by members of the local community. We aim to have more than 100 playing members ranging in age from 18 to over 65, most of who play at least once a week during the tennis season.
Loton Park has a high profile and presence in the gay and lesbian community. Our premises are regularly used by other LGBTI community groups, with hundreds of LGBTI community members (non-players) who attend Loton Park Summer events and more than 2000 people attended third-party events at our clubhouse each year, for events such as Perth Bears Monthly Club Nights, Private Parties and Corporate Events.
In January 2017, we are hosting the Perth Lawn Tennis Championships which is Perth’s first sanctioned GLTA world-wide tennis event. This event will bring together local, interstate and international tennis players for 3 days of solid competitive tennis and social events. We are a not-for-profit community tennis club and your contribution will fund the ongoing maintenance and management of the unique heritage listed clubhouse for the enjoyment of its members, visitors and the community.
Our sponsorship package costs just $550 (excluding signage costs of $165 inc. GST) and is valid for a full year from the time the invoice is paid.
In additional we are welcoming any monetary donations to help towards our “Shade our Deck” fundraising. Last year, we were able to extend the Club House with a fantastic deck for our members and visitors. Unfortunately, without any shade, this deck is not fully utilised especially under the harsh summer sun. The Club Committee is looking into further fundraising initiatives to allow for the purchase and instalment of shade sails. Your donation will be most appreciated and valued by our members, visitors and community.
