Dec News: Social Tennis, Coaching, Memberships, Bar Loton, PLTC & More

Hi LPTC members and friends –

Please find our December newsletter below, regarding events at and around the Club for your reading pleasure!

The season has started with a ACE… The Committee and I are very pleased with the Open Day held on Saturday 3rd November. It was great to see many returning members and new faces join the Club. With over 80 members already signed up, this year already promises to be the best year ever. I encourage you to tell your friends and family members about LPTC and to come on down and participate in one of the many tennis and social events planned for the season. Don’t forget to like us on Facebook and connect with our Facebook Group for up-to-date communications.

Our Focus… An important goal and commitment for this year is to re-surface our two hard courts. This will allow our courts to be upgraded for the benefit of our members and the general public who hire the courts. The Committee are determined to provide better facilities for its members and to contribute to the sustainability of the Club, and aim to raise the required funds to cover this cost. LPTC is a member-based managed Tennis Club therefore your involvement and support throughout the 2018 / 2019 season will be imperative in achieving our court re-surfacing goal. We are always in need of helping hands, so if you are able to volunteer your time during different events or the clubs busy bee or Club functions, please speak to a committee member for more information or email

Social Tennis – Saturday Social and Wednesday Twilight Tennis

The Bar is open during social tennis and BBQ’s may be put on by the club at various times.
